We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Transport Management (TM) Functional Expert to lead and optimize our logistics and transportation management processes within the SAP S/4HANA setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of experience in SAP TM, with a strong understanding of end-to-end transportation processes, integration with other SAP modules, and hands-on configuration expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- SAP TM Integration Migration
- Lead the Integration Migration (implementation and customization ) of SAP S/4HANA Transport Management (SAP TM) Integrations to Freight Forwarding Partners from Legacy webtools to CPI.
- Have extensive knowledge of all Transportation Management Processes in SAP and implementation experience
- Set up master data, business rules, and integration points for end-to-end transportation processes.
- Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose SAP TM Integration solutions
- Work closely with logistics, supply chain,



and warehouse teams to optimize transportation processes.
- Define and document best practices, functional designs, and process flows.
- Integration & Cross-Module Coordination:
- Integrate SAP TM with SAP SD, MM, EWM, FI, and GTS for seamless logistics and financial tracking.
- Ensure smooth connectivity between SAP TM and third-party logistics providers (3PL), carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Collaborate with technical teams for BTP, Fiori, and OData integrations.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TM (S/4HANA).
- Expertise in Order Management, Freight Execution, Freight Costing, and Carrier Collaboration.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, EWM, and FI integration with TM.
- Experience with Charge Management, Freight Order Settlement, and Transportation Cockpit.
- Knowledge of SAP TM embedded vs standalone deployment scenarios.
- Expertise in LSMW, IDOCs configuration, and EDI integrat
