The Project Coordinator and Manager position is responsible for supporting clients in planning, executing, and monitoring projects and supporting routine client activities.

Essential Functions:
- Collaborating with clients to build project schedules
- Scheduling and facilitating team meetings
- Preparing team meeting materials and publishing meeting minutes




- Routinely communicating with team members to ensure on time completion of project activities and action items
- Monitoring project status and escalating project issues to prevent project timeline slippage
- Authoring project documentation, such as project Charters, Change Requests, Lessons Learned, Closure Reports, and Status Reports
- Assisting project teams with consolidation of team inputs into deliverables such as presentations, periodic reports, metrics, and training materials
- Managing SharePoint Sites and other project-related systems
- Monitoring mailboxes and archiving communications.
- Other duties as assigned.

Necessary Skills and Abilities:
- At least 3 years of project coordination and project management experience, including:
- o Management of projects for implementing computer systems and software in companies regulated by health authorities, e.g., EMA, MHRA, FDA
o Management of project task
