nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform (custom apps, or other modules as applicable).n
- Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and workflows/flow designer flows.n
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.n
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions on the platform.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects.n
- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions.n
- Work independently with minimal guidance, taking ownership of assigned modules/projects end-to-end.n

nRequired Skills & Experience
n
- n
- 6+ years of overall IT development experience, with at least 1–2 years / 1–2 full-cycle projects specifically on the ServiceNow platform (custom application development, not just configuration).n
- Solid hands-on experience with:n
- Glide APIs, Server-side & Client-side scripting (JavaScript)n
- Flow Designer / Workflow Editorn
- Service Portal / Now Experience UI Buildern
- App Engine Studio (for custom app development)n
- Integration Hub, REST/SOAP Web Services, MID Servern
- ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actionsn
- Experience in at least one ServiceNow custom Application implementationn
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and CMDB (preferred).n
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.n
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver without close supervision.n
