With AI agents now being built and deployed at scale internally at Paytm, we aim to create a similar shift for the next generation of Paytm employees, merchants, users, and enterprise clients globally.

About the Team

Inference and Agentic AI is a cross functional team spanning engineering, product, data science, pre-sales, and sales. The team owns the full lifecycle of agent based AI solutions,



from problem discovery and solution design to deployment and scale.

The team works closely with internal Paytm businesses and external enterprise clients to design and deploy AI agents across use cases such as outbound sales agents, customer support agents, risk operations agents, business analyst agents, and lending collections agents. Several of these agents are already deployed and scaled successfully within Paytm, handling high volume, business critical workflows.

About the Role

Paytm is looking to hire Agent Architects who will act as the primary owner of client success for agent based AI engagements. This role is designed for management consultants from top-tier consulting firms with 2 to 5 years of experience, who enjoy working at the intersection of client problem solving, product solutioning, and hands-on implementation.
