Roles & Responsibilities:

• Retouch, enhance, and color-correct images to meet customer expectations and comply with JCPenney Brand Standards, Photography Guidelines, Style Guides, and Promotional Toolkits.
• Interpret and execute image retouching and color correction guidelines to consistently achieve JCPenney quality standards.
• Perform image editing and remediation activities as detailed in specification guides provided by Image Management.
• Upload, edit, and manage product imagery, including creation of swatches, ensembles, hover images, visual navigation assets, marketing tiles, and other image or video-based creative content.
• Remediate image issues by removing duplicate images, correcting image alignment, updating colors and color names, extending backgrounds, and resolving other image quality concerns.
