This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, technology, data, and operational excellence.
You will help optimize recruiting systems, workflows, and processes to create a seamless hiring experience at global scale.
Working closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will solve operational challenges and improve how recruiting teams work.
You will contribute to system enhancements, process optimization, AI-enabled recruiting initiatives, testing, and scalable operational solutions.
Your analytical insights will help identify opportunities for greater efficiency, consistency, and quality across the recruiting ecosystem.
The role also offers the prospect to strengthen documentation, enablement resources, and governance across Talent Acquisition operations.

Accountabilities
Support and optimize Talent Acquisition systems, workflows, processes, and operational tools used across global recruiting teams.
Provide day-to-day support for TA technology, troubleshoot system and process issues, and identify effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Support Workday ATS workflows, configuration-related processes, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.
Partner with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, People Technology teams, hiring stakeholders, and external vendors to resolve operational and technical challenges.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition Operations projects focused on process improvement, workflow optimization, system implementations, and operational scalability.
