This is a customer-focused consulting opportunity centered on Salesforce configuration, integration development, and technology implementation within the legal technology space.
You will work directly with clients to understand their business processes and translate their needs into effective, scalable technology solutions.
The role combines hands-on implementation, technical troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and customer teams to ensure successful implementations and responsive issue resolution.
You will also have the opportunity to expand your expertise across a range of legal technology platforms and applications.

Accountabilities
Configure, implement, integrate, and support Salesforce and other legal technology solutions according to customer requirements.
Engage directly with clients to understand business processes, identify needs, and recommend appropriate Salesforce configurations and technology solutions.
Lead or contribute to software implementation projects, ensuring solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed requirements.
Troubleshoot application and configuration issues, identifying root causes and coordinating with technical teams when more complex intervention is required.
Serve as a trusted bridge between customer needs and technical capabilities, translating business requirements into practical implementation solutions.
