This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on shaping enterprise-scale data engineering capabilities across real-world data environments. You will help define lakehouse strategy, oversee data ingestion and transformation, and deliver standardized data products across clinical, safety, financial, and operational domains. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical direction, ensuring data remains scalable, reliable, secure, and well governed. You will partner closely with technology teams, data and analytics specialists, and business stakeholders to translate organizational priorities into effective data solutions. You will also lead and develop global engineering teams while strengthening capabilities across cloud technologies, Databricks, Python, SQL, and CI/CD. Accountabilities
Contribute to the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for an enterprise lakehouse built around medallion architecture principles and aligned with operational, clinical, financial, and safety requirements.
Direct engineering activities spanning data ingestion, transformation, storage, optimization, and movement within the Enterprise Data Lake.
Oversee data platform performance, quality, reliability, security, and lifecycle management across multiple data domains.
Ensure scalable data engineering pipelines are designed and delivered in accordance with enterprise data governance standards.
Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise data delivery, ensuring data products and services support strategic business priorities.
Lead cross-functional prioritization, planning, and delivery processes to ensure consistent and timely outcomes.
