This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the technical integration journey for enterprise API customers across the APAC region.
You will own the customer experience from technical implementation and onboarding through launch, optimization, and ongoing support.
The role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with enterprise customer ownership and close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
You will help customers navigate complex API integrations while identifying opportunities to make the integration process faster, clearer, and more scalable.
Your insights will directly influence product improvements, documentation, technical support practices, and the evolution of the integration function.

Accountabilities
Own the technical customer journey across implementation, launch, post-launch support, and optimization for enterprise API integrations.
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements, guide integrations, and remove obstacles to successful go-live.
Support customers throughout technical discovery, onboarding, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and determine whether problems originate from the product, customer implementation, configuration, documentation, or other technical factors.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to investigate technical issues, communicate customer needs, and influence product improvements.
