Step into the role of Head of Testing CoE – Wholesale Lending Operations, Transformation - Vice President, at Barclays, where you'll provide first-class support by conducting in-depth due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding our clients and organization with expertise and care.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 15 years of working experience in BFSI domain.
Proven knowledge of Corporate or Markets Processes.
Knowledge & experience working closely with IT, Transformation & Change area.
Experience at dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of using Agile project management would be preferred.
Experience in Automation Testing (Cucumber, Jenkins) would be preferred.

Desirable Skill Sets

Knowledge of ACBS / LOANIQ would be preferred.

Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge of lending products, onboarding, servicing,



or middle-office operations.
Experience supporting Technology and Operations transformation programmes.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Secure, Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent project management certification.
