Job Description: Corporate Sales Manager – Financial Planning Training

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven sales professional to drive corporate outreach and business development for our employee financial wellness and retirement planning training programs. This role involves identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with corporates (HR/L&D; heads, CXOs) to deliver structured financial and retirement planning workshops/training for their employees.

We are specifically seeking candidates with a background in the corporate training / L&D; industry, who understand how organizations buy training programs and can navigate HR/L&D; decision-making structures.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and build a pipeline of corporate prospects (mid-to-large enterprises) for financial wellness and retirement planning training programs
2. Reach out to HR, L&D;, and Total Rewards/Benefits teams to pitch training solutions tailored to employee needs
3.



Conduct discovery calls and needs-assessment conversations to understand a corporate's employee demographics, benefits structure, and training priorities
4. Deliver compelling sales presentations/pitches (in person and virtual) to HR/L&D; stakeholders and senior leadership
5. Customize proposals and program structures in collaboration with the training/content team based on client requirements
6. Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → proposal → negotiation → closure
7. Lead RFP/tender responses for enterprise and government accounts, ensuring compliance, accurate pricing, and timely submission
8. Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate HR/L&D; decision-makers for repeat business and referrals
9. Drive account renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing corporate accounts to grow wallet share
