Role Description The Manufacturing Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily production activities for paper bowls and lids. This role manages end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards and food-safety requirements.

We're a growing food-grade paper packaging manufacturer looking for an Operations Manager to run day-to-day coordination between our factory floor, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Vendor Coordination
Follow up with printers on job status, turnaround time, and print quality
Manage and follow up with paper suppliers, coaters/slitters, and other raw material vendors on delivery schedules
Escalate and resolve vendor delays proactively
Coordinate production runs with the factory floor to avoid material shortages or overstocking
Monitor machine uptime and flag maintenance needs to management
Coordinate daily production targets with floor staff
Inventory & Dispatch
Prepare and circulate daily stock updates (raw material and finished goods)
