We are seeking a Supervisor, Compensation Services to join our Graebel team in a quick-paced environment.
Coordinates and supervises activities of the Compensation Team,
with specific responsibilities for the individuals that prepare cost estimates, tax equalisation services and tax payments, and certificate of coverage service. Further compensation scope as required for certain client engagements. Performs in a supervisory capacity leading, teaching, and coaching the team for optimal performance.
1.Oversees a team of compensation specialist and analyst roles delivering cost estimates, through preparation, audit and delivery of all service components to support the cost estimate and assignment letter and reporting. Additional service products include tax equalisation services and tax payments we well as certificate of coverage maintenance. Monitors for compliance to audit directives, client service level agreements, cycle time standards, quality goals, and client satisfaction targets. Closely monitors team workflow and adjusts strategies to prevent financial risks/penalties and adherence to deadlines. Responsible
