Role Description This full-time in office Sales Manager role is based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence for MYK LATICRETE’s product portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, setting and tracking sales targets,



building and maintaining relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and architects, and conducting regular market visits. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, coordinating with marketing and technical teams, and preparing sales forecasts and performance reports. The Sales Manager will also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, support key projects, and uphold the company’s standards in service and product representation.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction chemicals, or related industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong skills in sales planning, territory management, and pipeline development, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
