WSP is currently seeking for an Principal Engineer with 12 to 18 years of experience to join our GCC Team located at our India office. This role is more responsible to work, coordinate and guide the Engineers on Hydrology / Hydraulics design projects. Specific design work will focus on sanitary, storm, water systems, flood assessment, management / coordination with associated shallow dry & wet utilities.
Responsibilities
Undertake project reviews to ensure that all work undertaken is in accordance with appropriate qualified and technical standards and practices and meets the project requirements.
Qualifications
Good to have software proficiencies:
• Proficiency in hydraulic and hydrologic modelling software such as InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, XP-SWMM, HEC-RAS, DHI MIKE, RORB, HY-8, Drains, WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS.
• Experience with civil engineering design platforms including Civil 3D, 12d Model or equivalent.
• Demonstrated capability in GIS applications (ArcGIS, QGIS), digital engineering and digital twin platforms (e.g., iTwin), and automation through APIs, RubyScript,



Python or similar scripting languages.
• Exposure to risk and systems modelling tools such as GoldSim will be advantageous.
