As a Principal / Lead UI/UX Designer, you will define the design vision for a sophisticated enterprise platform at the intersection of Generative AI, conversational interfaces, data visualization, and voice technology. You’ll transform complex AI evaluation metrics, testing workflows, and telephony analytics into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. The role combines strategic design leadership with hands-on UX direction and team mentorship. You’ll establish scalable design standards and strengthen a component-based design system across the product ecosystem. Working closely with Product and Engineering leadership, you’ll ensure design decisions balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You’ll also shape design culture, research practices, and delivery quality across a globally distributed workplace.

Accountabilities:




Define and champion the overall UX/UI vision, design strategy, and user-centered design principles across the enterprise platform.
Translate complex Generative AI evaluation metrics, test execution workflows, analytics, and voice infrastructure data into clear and intuitive interfaces.
Establish design frameworks, quality standards, governance practices, and scalable processes that promote consistency and design excellence.
Lead, mentor, and empower a team of UI/UX designers while fostering creativity, collaboration, continuous feedback, and user empathy.
Manage design resources, project allocation, priorities, and delivery schedules in alignment with product and engineering roadmaps.
Facilitate design critiques, research reviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions to continuously elevate design quality.
