This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise IT asset management solutions across global environments. You will bring deep expertise in ITAM, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, ITSM, and ServiceNow integrations. The role combines hands-on engineering with solution design, technical leadership, and close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with platform standards and best practices. Your work will contribute directly to the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of global ServiceNow implementations. Accountabilities:
Provide senior technical expertise across ServiceNow ITAM, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Work with ServiceNow teams and stakeholders to design and implement solutions across global locations and business environments.
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into standardized, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow technical solutions.
Develop and implement technical solutions across the ServiceNow platform while ensuring alignment with established architecture and development standards.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications according to business requirements and agreed solution designs.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and configurations, including Business Rules,
