Role Description The IT Sales and Business Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving growth of CAC’s technology-enabled offerings and partnerships.



This role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities in the IT and digital transformation space, conducting client meetings, and presenting solutions aligned with customer needs. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, develop tailored technology and cybersecurity solutions, and negotiate contracts that support long-term relationships. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing business development plans, tracking market trends, and maintaining accurate sales and CRM records. The role also requires participation in CAC events and webinars, representing the organization to prospective clients and partners, and providing feedback to enhance products and services.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology, with a solid understanding of enterprise IT environments and digital transformation initiatives.
