Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Architect to lead enterprise application modernization and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java architecture, cloud technologies, application migration, databases, and DevOps. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions while guiding development teams through modernization and migration programs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based enterprise applications.
Lead application modernization and migration initiatives, including legacy Java application upgrades and cloud migration.
Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Design microservices-based and cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects,



and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps best practices across development teams.
Review application design, code quality, performance, and security.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in architecture reviews, solution design, and production issue resolution.
Ensure application scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Required Skills
8–12 years of experience in Java application development and architecture.
Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with application migration and modernization projects.
Experience migrating applications from on premises to cloud environments.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API-driven development.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform:
