Job Title: Sales Coordinator - IT (Middle East Operations)

About GWC Networks: GWC Networks is a rapidly expanding IT systems integration, cybersecurity, and network management company. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinators to drive operational excellence at our Gurugram office, supporting our expanding footprint across the UAE and Middle East markets.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation & Commercial Management: Prepare accurate customer quotations and secure competitive commercials from OEMs and distributors.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary bridge for seamless communication between customers, channel partners, and OEMs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal sales and technical engineering teams to guarantee smooth order execution and project alignment.
Operations & Pipeline Support: Manage sales workflows,



documentation, lead management, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
Client Relationships: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional communications across international accounts.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 2–3+ years of solid experience in sales coordination, inside sales support, or quotation management.
Industry Background: Prior experience in the IT Industry (Networking, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure) is preferred.
Core Skills: Exceptional communication, strong negotiation leverage with vendors, and high attention to detail.
