Ship a steady volume of scripts each week, with hooks engineered for the first 3 seconds.
Read performance data weekly (hook rate, CTR, CVR, watch time) and use it to decide what to double down on, kill, or remix.
Run hypothesis-led experiments with new formats, new angles, and current hooks. Report what worked and why.
Work directly with Marathi influencers and creators on scripts and integration ideas.
Adapt winning concepts from Hindi and other South markets.
Sit with editors, give feedback, and protect the intent of the script through the final cut.
