We are looking for an experienced Oracle Account Reconciliation (FCCS) to lead
the design and implementation of Reconciliation & Matching solutions across
financial and operational domains and should be able to collaborate with finance
and IT teams to streamline reconciliation processes, ensure compliance, and
deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a comprehensive account reconciliation (Oracle FCCS)
solution
* Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, match types, Reconciliation rules
and workflows
* Implement workflow automation, aging rules, and structured reconciliation
timelines to support accurate and timely financial close
* Manage data integration from various source system using Data Exchange for
both Balance and Transaction
* Configure matching profiles and match types to enable auto-match rules, and
manage exceptions for transaction reconciliation
* Manage and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases to
ensure smooth deployment and timely issue resolution
* Develop comprehensive functional documentation and training materials;
facilitate hands-on workshops for end users
* Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support
to end users.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Oracle FCCS implementation.
* Familiarity with Cloud REST APIs
* Exposure to scripting or automation tools for data transformation.
* Agile project experience is a plus.
* Oracle FCCS certification is a strong advantage.
