About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Sales to own franchise closures across India. This is a closing role. You will take qualified prospects through the full cycle pitch, unit economics, site evaluation, negotiation and signature and build the team that scales it.
Marketing generates the pipeline. You convert it. You are measured on franchises signed and properties finalised.

Key Responsibilities
Franchise Sales
Own the national franchise sales number: enquiry to signed MOU to property finalisation
Pitch the franchise prospect to investor-profile prospects with credibility on investment, unit economics, payback and ROI
Conduct discovery and financial qualification — separate serious investors from tyre-kickers early
Run site visits,



centre walkthroughs and meetings with existing franchise partners as references
Negotiate and close commercial terms within approved parameters
Coordinate with the property and legal teams through agreement and handover
Pipeline and Process
Own CRM hygiene, lead stage discipline and follow-up SLAs across the sales team
Forecast monthly and quarterly closures with accuracy
Report conversion at every funnel stage and work with marketing to improve lead quality
Build the sales playbook: pitch decks, objection handling, qualification scripts, follow-up cadence
Market Development
Identify and prioritise target cities and micro-markets for expansion
Build channel partner, broker and consultant networks for franchise lead generation
Represent Petals at franchise expos, education fairs and investor forums
Team Leadership
Build, train and lead a field and tele-sales team
Set individual targets, run weekly reviews and hold the team
