Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with prospective customers through calls and digital communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about company programs and offerings.
Conduct effective follow-ups with prospective customers to support the conversion process.
Build and maintain solid professional relationships with customers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status.
Work closely with the business development team to achieve assigned objectives.
Consistently meet individual and team performance targets.




Contribute to improving customer engagement and overall business development activities.
Candidate Profile
Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in any one of the following regional languages is preferred/required:
Telugu
Hindi
Kannada
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Strong willingness to learn and develop professional sales skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
