Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B sales role based in Chandigarh, India. The B2B Sales qualified will identify, prospect, and develop relationships with fleet owners, OEMs, logistics providers, food distributors,



and other commercial customers requiring refrigerated truck containers and cold chain solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings and product presentations, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing negotiations to close sales. The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely delivery, and post-sales support. The individual will also maintain a structured sales pipeline, achieve revenue and margin targets, provide regular sales reporting, and contribute to market feedback for product and process improvement.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to business customers.
Proven Sales and B2B Sales Management experience, including pipeline management, target achievement, and account development.
