Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Mohali district. The Sales Associate will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include presenting Brand Bulls’ services, preparing and delivering sales pitches, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with the creative and marketing teams to align client needs with solutions. The role also involves negotiating terms,



supporting the closing of deals, providing post-sale support, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and client experience.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Basic understanding of branding, marketing, or creative services, with interest in innovative brand communication.
Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM systems, email, and office productivity software.
Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred but not mandatory.
Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
