About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of our sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for driving the performance of the sales team while also actively participating in sales activities, including cold calling, lead conversion, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to conversion and closure.
Build, manage, and continuously improve the team's sales pipeline.
Set and drive team sales targets, ensuring targets are consistently met.
Classify and prioritize leads based on their stage and intent — Cold, Warm, and Hot — and ensure the team focuses on the highest-potential opportunities.
Take an active role in cold calling, follow-ups,



negotiations, and closing to contribute directly toward revenue targets.
Track key sales metrics including leads, follow-ups, conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue.
Identify gaps in the funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion and sales velocity.
Identify and develop recent lead-generation channels and opportunities for business growth.
Coach, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve their performance and productivity.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure better lead quality and alignment between marketing and sales.
Take ownership of the execution of sales and marketing events, including planning, coordination, lead generation, and post-event conversion.
Regularly report sales performance, pipeline status, challenges, and opportunities to management.
