Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in the Pune Division. The Telesales Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers over the phone to understand their loan requirements,



explain suitable products, and guide them through the application process. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate information on loan options and eligibility, and updating customer details in the internal systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and partner banks/NBFCs for documentation, follow-ups, and status updates to ensure timely approvals. The Telesales Representative will also work toward achieving sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and adhering to compliance and company policies.
