Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing cum Admin Assistant role based in Ghaziabad, India. The role involves supporting day-to-day office administration, including managing phone calls, handling basic clerical tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules. The individual will assist with marketing activities such as updating databases, calling back lead regenerated, supporting digital marketing activities, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.



The role also includes providing executive administrative support organizing daily huddles and ensuring smooth communication flow within the office. The Marketing cum Admin Assistant is expected to work closely with sales coordinator and Admin head to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient office operations.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks and documentation.
Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic reporting.
