FDVZ Healthcare works at the intersection of public health, government partnerships, CSR, healthcare innovation and institutional market access.
We are looking for a highly driven CSR Partnerships & Research Intern to work directly with the Founder/Director on healthcare and women's-health projects involving Government departments, corporates, foundations and implementation partners.
This is not a routine desk-research internship. The candidate will help us identify, approach and build partnerships with companies capable of funding high-impact healthcare programmes through CSR.
Key Responsibilities
Research companies with significant CSR allocations, particularly in healthcare, preventive health, women's health, nutrition and community health
Study CSR annual reports, policies and previous projects
Identify CSR Heads, Foundation CEOs, ESG/Sustainability Heads and key decision-makers
Build and maintain a qualified CSR funding pipeline
Map potential funding amounts and company–project fit




Prepare company-specific briefs, concept notes and partnership pitches
Support LinkedIn/email outreach and systematic follow-ups
Coordinate meetings with corporate CSR teams
Track CSR opportunities, foundations, EOI/RFPs and grant programmes
Assist in CSR proposals, budgets, impact frameworks and presentations
Occasionally attend meetings/events in Mumbai
Who Should Apply
Candidates pursuing or having completed MSW, CSR/Sustainability, Public Policy, Development Studies, MBA, Healthcare Management or related disciplines are preferred.
You should have robust research and communication skills, be comfortable with LinkedIn and Excel/Google Sheets, understand corporate structures, and be genuinely interested in healthcare + social impact + partnerships.
Prior CSR/Foundation/NGO experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
