About the Role
You'll promote and manage sales for a specialized portfolio of industrial and electronic process materials and equipment, working closely with customers in EMS, Aerospace, and Defense to deliver the right solutions for their manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
? Promote and manage sales for:
Solder Paste, Solder Wire, TAC Flux, and Solder Preforms
EMS & Metal Cleaning Solutions for Industrial, Aerospace, and Defense applications
Precision Soldering and De-soldering Solutions, SMT Rework Stations, and Convection Rework Systems
Fume Extraction Systems
Precision Manual and Robotic Dispensing Systems — including Dispensing Valves, Syringe Barrels, Two-component Dispensing, and Jetting (Non-contact Dispensing) solutions
? Identify, develop,



and maintain strong relationships with customers across EMS, Aerospace, and Defense industries
? Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions from our product portfolio
? Collaborate with internal technical teams on proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations
? Manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to hit sales targets
? Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to support business planning
Who We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field
✅ 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Electronic Manufacturing Materials, Soldering, Dispensing, or Rework Systems
✅ Strong technical knowledge of industrial/electronic process equipment OR an established customer base in EMS, Aerospace, or Defense
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demos, an
