Digital Growth Executive – Meta Ads, Google Ads & SEO
Experience: 2–3 years
You’ll work closely with the founders across two growing businesses.
An Indian fashion marketplace where you'll work on buyer acquisition, seller growth, fashion campaigns and marketplace marketing.
A software development company where you'll work on B2B lead generation, Google Ads, SEO and campaigns targeting India and international markets.
What you'll work on:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
SEO
Landing-page optimisation
Ad copywriting
Creative campaign ideas
Competitor research
GA4 / Pixel tracking
CPL & CAC optimisation
Campaign experiments
We don't want someone who simply knows how to operate Ads Manager.
We want someone who asks:
Why didn't this ad convert?
Was the hook weak?
Was the creative boring?
Was the audience wrong?
Was the offer not solid enough?




Or did the landing page lose the customer?
If you enjoy testing ideas, understanding customer psychology and finding ways to make campaigns perform better, you'll enjoy this role.
One important thing:
If your idea of marketing is festival posts, generic captions and boosting Instagram posts, this role probably isn't for you.
We’re a bootstrapped team.
That means fewer meetings, less bureaucracy and much more ownership.
