We are looking for a sharp, commercially driven Corporate Development Manager to help Appkhichadi identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, fundraising, market intelligence, and business expansion. You will work closely with the Founder to build relationships with fintechs, banks, NBFCs, data partners, investors,



and potential strategic collaborators.
Appkhichadi is building a data and API-led ecosystem, with Inly as its consumer-finance intelligence product. We are looking for someone who can turn market opportunities into structured business cases and meaningful commercial conversations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, distribution opportunities, acquisitions, investments, and new-market opportunities.
Build business cases, market-sizing models, revenue projections, and commercial proposals.
Research fintech, lending, data, SaaS, AdTech, and consumer-internet ecosystems.
Develop and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, API partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders.
Support fundraising activities, including investor research, pitch preparation, diligence coordination, and follow-ups.
Lead partnership conversations from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation,
