Hiring: Lead Generalist (Project Sourcing & Appointment Scheduling)

Are you a proactive, highly organised operator who excels at finding new opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, and keeping calendars full? We are looking for a Lead Generalist to drive project acquisition and streamline our scheduling operations.

In this high-visibility role, you will take ownership of identifying potential campaigns and projects, building relationships, and managing our end-to-end appointment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Opportunity Discovery: Research, identify, and qualify new project, campaign, and partnership opportunities across targeted channels.

Outreach & Pipeline Management: Initiate first contact with potential partners and clients to present our core offerings and gauge fit.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendar availability, coordinate across time zones, and secure qualified meetings for executive leadership.

Campaign Coordination: Support the execution and tracking of outreach initiatives to ensure steady pipeline growth.

Process Optimization:



Set up and maintain lightweight CRM workflows, tracking tools, and communication templates to keep outreach organized.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in project management, business development support, operations, or a versatile generalist/VA role.

Scrappy & Resourceful: Excellent research skills with the ability to identify high-value leads and untapped project opportunities independently.

Strong Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Organized & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with calendar tools (Calendly, Google Workspace), CRM systems (HubSpot, Notion, or similar), and outreach platforms.

Ownership Mindset: Highly autonomous with sharp attention to detail and a bias for action.
