About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Writing Intern who is curious, creative and eager to learn. The role will provide hands-on exposure to content creation, social media, digital marketing, market research and brand communication within a real estate investment business.
The intern will work closely with internal teams and gain exposure to real estate, investments and capital markets while contributing to live marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities
Content & Brand Communication
Create content for LinkedIn, website, newsletters,
presentations and other communication channels.
Research and develop content around real estate, investments, markets and industry trends.
Support thought leadership content, market insights and company communications.
Simplify complex financial and real estate concepts into transparent and engaging content.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Support planning and execution of the social media content calendar.
Develop posts, captions and other digital content.
Track basic social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
Support SEO, website content and other digital marketing initiatives.
Assist with digital campaigns and marketing experiments.
Marketing Collaterals
Support the creation and updating of presentations, brochures, pitch decks and other marketing materials.
