About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Developer to join our team on a contractual basis with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance. This role is primarily focused on developing and maintaining banking applications, ensuring seamless integration of backend and frontend components. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Java development,



experience with React for frontend, and familiarity with cloud deployment on AWS. The role requires a proactive individual capable of building robust applications from scratch and independently delivering end-to-end solutions. Candidates should possess a keen interest in AI tools and agentic AI technologies, as these are integral to our current projects. The position is based in Hyderabad, with a requirement for five days of on-site work per week, and offers an engaging environment where innovation and technical excellence are highly valued.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in fullstack development, particularly in the banking or financial services domain.
