Role Description The BIM Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling processes across multidisciplinary projects. This role leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and workflows, ensuring model quality, consistency,



and coordination among architecture, structural, and MEP teams. The BIM Manager manages project-specific BIM execution plans, supervises model setup, clash detection, and issue resolution, and supports design optimization through virtual design and construction techniques. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with project managers and discipline leads, mentoring BIM technicians, providing training on BIM tools and best practices, and ensuring deliverables align with regulatory and client requirements. The role also involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to support productive design reviews, data-driven decision-making, and smooth handover of accurate, as-built models.
