Role Description The RM Client Acquisition – UAE Real Estate role is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients interested in UAE real estate, building and nurturing relationships, and understanding clients’ investment objectives to recommend suitable property solutions.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting through various channels, conducting client meetings and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to structure property and investment offerings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also includes staying updated on UAE property developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and providing clients with timely insights and guidance. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with leadership to support sales targets, contribute to marketing initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client experience.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and client acquisition abilities, with a track record in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or financial services.
Solid understanding of property investment concepts, UAE real estate market dynamics, and related services such as wealth management and residency/Golden Visa options.
