TCC works as an extended design team for marketing agencies.
We partner with agencies that need additional design capacity, creative support or a reliable team to handle ongoing client work. We work behind the scenes through a white-label model, allowing agencies to expand what they can deliver while continuing to own their client relationships.
We also work directly with selected clients when it aligns with the company’s current growth goals.

The Role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive whose primary goal will be to get TCC into conversations with the right agencies and, when required, selected direct clients.

You’ll identify relevant prospects, reach out to decision-makers, start conversations, follow up and book qualified appointments for our team.

This is primarily an outreach and appointment-setting role. You will not be expected to close deals. Your responsibility is to find the right opportunities and get them to the meeting stage.

Reach out to founders and decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other relevant channels
Approach selected direct clients based on quarterly company goals
Explain TCC’s white-label design offering clearly and confidently
Introduce TCC’s direct design services when approaching clients
Follow up consistently with interested prospects
Qualify potential agencies and clients before setting up meetings
Book qualified appointments for the team
Maintain an organised record of conversations, follow-ups and opportunities
Experiment with different outreach messages and approaches to improve responses
Requirements:
6 months to 1 years of experience in business development, inside sales, telecalling or outbound sales
Comfortable making cold calls and starting conversations with recent people
Good spoken and written English
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp for outreach
Strong follow-up skills
