Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Norwegian Language) to work on a full-time basis. The role requires strong analytical and English comprehension skills, paired with native or professional fluency in Norwegian. Candidates will read, summarize, and decompose large bodies of Norwegian and English content into logical units, conduct online research, validate factual claims, and collaborate with large language models (LLMs) to refine analytical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read extensive documents in Norwegian and English, synthesize key points, and structure information into clear, logical blocks.
• Conduct web-based research to verify factual claims, business statements, and linguistic nuances.
• Provide detailed annotations, error analyses, and constructive feedback on LLM-generated responses in Norwegian.
• Design and execute analytical scenarios, business case puzzles,



and reasoning tasks to test model capabilities.
• Collaborate with AI research and engineering teams to refine training datasets and benchmark quality.
• Maintain consistent evaluation standards and produce structured documentation for project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Full professional proficiency or native fluency in Norwegian, combined with fluent English comprehension.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience providing structured feedback, data annotation, or content evaluation.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise challenging evaluation scenarios.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing clear, precise technical notes and reports.
