Key Responsibilities

Develop video concepts, creative ideas, scripts, storyboards, and shot plans .

Understand business and marketing requirements and translate them into engaging video concepts.

Plan shoot schedules, locations, equipment, budgets, and resources .

Coordinate with production houses, agencies, talent, vendors, and internal stakeholders .

Manage production for corporate films, interviews, product videos, testimonials, campaigns, events, and social media content .

Supervise shoots and ensure quality, timelines, and brand consistency .

Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product, and Corporate Communications teams.

Mandatory Requirements





~1+ year of hands-on experience in Video Production / Pre-Production .

~ Strong expertise in concept development, script writing, storyboarding, shot planning, and production planning .

~ Candidates from top Advertising, Design, or Marketing Agencies .

~ Education in Film, Filmmaking, Mass Media, or related fields .

~ Robust focus on pre-production and production .

~ Video Editors / Post-Production-focused profiles will not be considered.

~ Age: 25–28 years .

~ Mumbai location is preferred for sourcing top candidates.
