Business Analyst – SAP FICO Consultant Location: Experience: 3+ Years

Shift: US Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST

Our client is a 60+ year-old global manufacturing organization specializing in monolithic refractory ceramics and precast shapes. With an international presence, the organisation focuses on quality, innovation, technical excellence, and exceptional customer service .

We are looking for a Business Analyst – SAP FICO Consultant to bridge the gap between business and IT teams by understanding business needs, defining requirements, improving processes, and supporting SAP solutions.

Support SAP Discover, Build, Test, Deploy, and go-live activities.

Prepare training documentation and conduct user training.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers,



and implementation teams.

Support SAP deployments and provide post-go-live/hypercare support.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems , or related field.

Robust hands-on experience in SAP FICO .

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Potential 4–6 week visit to the USA for SAP configuration and knowledge
