Role Description This full-time, on-site Team Lead Manager role is based in Mumbai. The Team Lead Manager will oversee a sales and marketing team, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of property sales and leasing targets. Responsibilities include guiding team members through lead generation, client follow-ups, site visits, and closing transactions, while maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also involves coordinating with developers,



managing project-related information, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the property buying, selling, and leasing process. The Team Lead Manager is expected to support training, foster collaboration, and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall team efficiency.
Qualifications

Proven experience in team leadership or sales management, preferably in real estate or property consulting.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
Ability to coordinate onsite property visits and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfort with basic reporting, documentation, and use of CRM or similar sales tracking tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
Good understanding of residential and commercial property markets; experience with India and Dubai markets is an advantage.
