Accountabilities:
Monitor daily business data and assist with maintaining reports and dashboards covering user activity, content publishing, views, engagement, retention, and other key performance indicators.
Identify unusual data patterns or performance changes and participate in root-cause analysis to help business teams understand underlying drivers.
Analyze user journeys across browsing, liking, commenting, following, and content creation, using segmentation, funnel analysis, and retention analysis to identify opportunities for improving user experience and conversion.
Evaluate the performance of different content formats, topics, and creators, providing analytical support for content operations, creator incentive initiatives, and community campaigns.
