Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

AI Tool Research & Evaluation :

Continuously track the AI image and video generation landscape — new model releases, tool updates, pricing changes
Run structured evaluations of tools (Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, Pika, Recraft, Ideogram, and more) against Plix's specific creative needs
Build and maintain a living tool comparison guide for the design team.

Prompt Engineering & Creative Production

Develop and refine prompts to generate product visuals, model images, lifestyle shots, and ad creatives at scale
Build a prompt library organised by creative type, style, and output format
Experiment with consistency techniques — ControlNet, IP-Adapter, reference images, style locking

Workflow Design & Automation

Design end-to-end AI creative workflows that non-technical designers can follow independently
Explore automation tools (Make, n8n, Fal.ai, Replicate, custom APIs) to reduce manual steps




Document workflows clearly so the broader design team can adopt them without hand-holding

Creative Collaboration

Work directly with the Head of Design on active campaigns — generating variations, exploring new visual styles
Present experiments and tool recommendations in weekly design reviews
Contribute ideas to how Plix's creative identity can evolve with AI-native production
