Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal system.
