This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Process Owner - Finance and Controlling based in India.
This is a global subject matter expert and cross-functional leadership role focused on Finance and Controlling processes within a large-scale service organization.
You will shape standardized processes that support ERP transformation, operational excellence, and scalable growth across multiple geographies.
The role has a strong focus on controlling process design, end-to-end margin visibility, and harmonization of business practices.
You will play a key role in the migration to SAP S/4HANA, connecting business requirements with system capabilities across critical SAP modules.
Working closely with business, IS/ERP, finance, and regional teams, you will drive adoption and continuous improvement.
The position offers the opportunity to influence global process strategy while supporting complex transformation initiatives across diverse markets.

Accountabilities:
Own the Controlling domain processes, governance framework, and continuous improvement agenda across the global service organization, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
Design and implement standardized business process templates covering product costing, project structure and accounting, service costing and accounting, and profitability analysis.
Establish target operating models that enable end-to-end margin visibility across different business dimensions and geographies.
Align business requirements across countries and business units to create consistent, scalable, and effective processes.
Partner with IS/ERP teams, application owners, and local and regional controllers to ensure business processes are effectively supported by appropriate systems
