HR Intern – TVL Media

About The Role
TVL Media is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. The intern will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial candidate calls and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate and recruitment trackers.
Assist with joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave and other basic HR operations.
Assist the HR team in employee engagement activities.
Prepare basic HR reports and MIS using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to coordinate with candidates and employees professionally.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
