Key Responsibilities

Coordinate executive communications, including managing emails, calendars, meetings, and travel schedules.
Prepare, review, and maintain internal and external corporate documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure the smooth execution of internal and external meetings, including attendance tracking, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Arrange and coordinate team events, employee engagement activities, and provide support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Create, maintain, and manage an organized filing and documentation system for all critical business records.
Handle finance-related follow-ups, including invoice management, payment tracking, vendor coordination, reimbursement processing, and expense documentation.
Oversee facility management operations, including office administration, vendor management, asset tracking, maintenance coordination, and workplace readiness.
Uphold strict confidentiality standards while handling sensitive company information and business communications.




Foster and maintain a professional work workplace while managing interactions with employees, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Drive lead generation initiatives by conducting market research, identifying prospective clients, and building qualified lead databases for Next Labs.
Monitor industry trends and stay updated on developments in digital marketing, mobile marketing, funding activities, emerging technologies, and the startup ecosystem.
Support cross-functional teams with administrative, operational, and strategic coordination to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.
