We're hiring a Community Manager for a community of people who take eating out seriously. At Explorex, we're building Elite, the way people in India discover where to actually eat, based on the taste of people they trust rather than four thousand anonymous reviews. Now we're building the human layer around it: a curated community of real diners in Bengaluru, meeting up every month, sharing the places worth knowing before everyone else does. We're looking for someone to own it end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and curate the community by screening recent members, maintaining quality standards, and protecting the community’s overall vibe.
Keep the community active daily by sparking conversations, sharing relevant recommendations, and creating a strong sense of belonging.
Plan and host monthly meetups and experiences, managing everything from venue bookings to ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, chefs, and partners to facilitate pop-ups, early-access opportunities, and community events.




Represent the community as its face and voice, maintaining a warm, tasteful, and consistently engaging presence.
